The Bushahr Boxing Club, in collaboration with the administration, successfully organized an electrifying boxing competition at PG College Rampur. The event was held just before the International Lavi Fair, adding to the festive excitement in the region.
The championship saw participation from talented boxers across Himachal Pradesh, with fierce battles in various weight categories. In the 50kg category, Tarun from Kullu and Piyush from Rampur displayed exceptional skill and determination, emerging as the top contenders.
Additionally, in the 48kg category, Aman delivered an outstanding performance, securing victory and making his mark in the competition. The event also featured intense matches in different weight divisions, with remarkable performances from young and aspiring boxers.
The tournament was graced by the presence of District Council Member Trilok Bhutani as the chief guest, along with PG College Principal Dr. Pankaj Basotia, Officer DD Kashyap, and General Secretary Janesh Bhardwaj. Their support and encouragement added great value to the championship.
Bushahr Boxing Club’s President, Tilak Raj Sharma, highlighted the importance of such events in providing a platform for young athletes. He also expressed gratitude to the trainers, including Manny Chauhan, for their continuous efforts in developing local talent.

Best Boxer: ₹2500
Gold Medalist: ₹3000
Silver Medalist: ₹2000
Bronze Medalists: ₹1000 each
